The masterplan for this 20 acre parcel of land held endless possibilities. We eventually settled on a mixed density development with the single dwelling homes on the higher end of the site and the apartment buildings and club houses on the lower end of the site. It was our goal to provide as much green space and amenities as possible to enhance the experience of being in a lavish well planned community while at the same time providing the developer with the best Return on Investment. As is the case with all our projects the design and engineering teams are exhausting all possibilities to reduce the carbon footprint of this development by exploring energy saving and generating utilities, water preservation measures, responsible use of building material and exploring appropriate environmentally friendly ways of dealing with both construction waste and waste generated by future residents.
