The proposed hospital for AAR HEALTHCARE was to be their flagship facility as they look to expand their national network of clinics and transition to full service hospitals.
The project entailed planning and designing a 100 bed In-patient facility with the in-built capacity to expand to a 200 bed hospital with minimal effort and investment.
The facility would also house a doctor’s plaza with the capacity to accommodate 60 practitioners in an office/consultation setting.
In addition to 3 floors of below ground parking the hospital would also have retail and commercial space to serve practitioners, patients, staff and administrators.
The main departments proposed were Emergency/Casualty, Surgery, NICU, OB-GYN, Pediatrics and Radiology. There would also be outpatient wards as well as Dialysis and Chemotherapy units.
