This 28 unit duplex (double story) apartment building is an opulent development in a leafy and exclusive part of Nairobi. Each unit has at least 4 Bedrooms with a domestic servant’s quarter. All units are handicap accessible and 4 of the 28 units are penthouses with expansive balconies. As with all of our projects, the environmental considerations are important to us and with the assistance of the service engineers designed systems that are not only cost conscious but help drive our environmental responsibility agenda.
