This project entailed designing a 42 unit duplex (double story) apartment building with luxury appointments and state of the art pool, gymnasium and security. Each unit has at least 4 Bedrooms with a domestic servant’s quarter. The consultant team has gone to great lengths to design mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that are not only efficient but are also cost effective and most importantly environmentally conscious.
