This project is located on a scenic 20 acre parcel of land nestled in the picturesque Limuru Tea Zone was the perfect site the proposed 71 country homes. The project entailed designing 2 house options as well as a Club house and shopping center as part of the masterplan. The 2 house options provide the prospective owners with the opportunity to live in either a contemporary styled house or a rustic country villa.
